Purpose

The primary purpose of the Architectural Review Board is to review applications of homeowners within Hampton Place to preserve the attractive environment of the community so that properties are maintained to hold the highest assessed value for all property owners.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture standards to homeowners (based on neighborhood Covenants Rights and Restrictions documents)
• Review and approve or decline architecture change requests
• Periodically review and recommend architecture standards updates for Hampton Place Board approval
