Purpose

The Pool and Landscape Committee is tasked with identifying and prioritizing needs for creating and maintaining the Pool, Tennis Courts, Playground and Green areas in the community to the highest level possible. 

Update May 30, 2021 the pool is not ready to open as of yet. We will post the opening date as soon as it is available.

The pool hours of operation (when open) are 10:00 am until 8:00 pm Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Create standards, schedules, and plan for activities
• Take action to maintain community assets
• Act as an additional liaison between the homeowners and the landscaping company
• Act as an additional liaison between the homeowners and the pool company
• Provide recommendations to the board for long term projects
