Annual Christmas Lighting Contest 2016
Let's Light up our neighborhood this year with good cheer! Decorate your home to be entered into a drawing for the Top 3 Best Decorated homes in the neighborhood. All you need to do is decorate and enjoy, we will take care of the rest! A third party judge from Cedar Management will scout the neighborhood and the Social Committee will congratulate you personally with a prize gift card from the neighborhood. 
Judging and prizes will take place the week of Dec 19th - 23rd, 2016.

Community Pool House Painting Day​
May 14th - 8:00 - 5:00

We need your help! The pool trim, doors and other items need painting. We also need help putting our new patio furniture together and getting things in shape for the season. We will assign out tasks that fits your skills and experience. Thank you for volunteering!
