Attached is a short instructional video for the mail in ballots for the CC&R.

Can someone explain to me what the rental caps are?

I would be happy to vote but I see no explanation about the rental restriction cap. I would appreciate more details explaining what I am voting on.
Also the ballot includes updating quarterly assessments to $120. It has been $120 for over ten years!
I think it was a mistake adding this to such an important issue on the ballot. You risk turning some people off by inferring an increase.
I look forward to more communication about the proposed change to our CC&R.
