HamptonPlaceCLT.com is back up and running for everyone as of 9/1/25. A new team is figuring out the site but get ready to really know what is going on here in Hampton Place. 

As we move forward in 2025 the POA board has been trying to recruit homeowners in an effort to get more of the neighborhood involved with the day to day operation of the association. There are some great that you can be a part of.  It only takes a few of us to make a huge difference.

If you would like to volunteer your time, please see the committee pages and submit your info. The committee chairs will then reach out to you.

Back in 2016, we rolled out new Community Information banners to serve Hampton Place.  They served then and now two purposes:
1) Announcements our website to everyone. Or shall we say, a visual reminder of how to plug into Hampton Place.
2) A way to direct you to the website in case of something important. Although we hope you will check in from time to time, there is a need to tell you something important is going on and need you to log on. These will go up to direct that engagement.

​We have other banners for major events and announcements that will be utilized as appropriate (pool party, garage sale, etc).

 We are having our next HOA meeting on June 10, 2025 at the Mallard Creek Recreation Center located at 2530 Johnston Oehler Road at 6:30pm. We will discuss our new management company, current budget, updates on committees and leave time for Q&A.  We hope to see you there.

From the February survey, we got many answers that people love Hampton Place because of location and their neighbors. We agree! Hampton Place is is more than just a neighborhood. It is where our kids ride their bikes, where we feel comfortable drinking our morning coffee and where we dip our toes in the pool on a hot day. To celebrate this, Our Social Committee is giving you a chance to share why you love your neighborhood. Send us an email at [email protected] by June 1. This could be a picture, a paragraph or just a few words. We then will post those here for everyone to see! Encourage your kids to join in too. Have them draw a picture, write a paragraph or get in a photo, then check in here in July for why everyone loves Hampton Place.
